For today’s ice cream fact #2 ~~
Did you know that to be categorized as ice cream in the US, the mixture needs to have the following?
A minimum of 10% milk fat, per IDFA ice cream standards.
If the ice cream has less than 10% milk fat, then it's called "low-fat" ice cream.
